Rise of Kaiser Wilhelm II
Kaiser Wilhelm was born in Postsdam in 1859. He was a strict man. which made his upbringnig strict and authoritarian. Wilhelm became emperor of Germany in 1888 after the death of Otto von Bismarck. Since Wilhelm was a militaristic man, he believed that Germany's army needed some strength improvement. Germany's ability to win the war in 1918 collapsed, as U.S. involvement took on real form, and shortages at home in Germany spun out of control.
