Great school year I still remember I belong to the visual squad. This gave me the opportunity of speaking more English. At home we didn't speak English.

Attended Philippa Schuyler School for the Gifted and Talented.

Enter high school for the first time.

Received my high school diploma and medical assistant certificate. I was ready to look for a job.

Began working with a family doctor, I was a hired because I was a bilingual medical assistant. Knowing two languages really helped me.

Decided to attend college and major in Computer Science.

Obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Science.

The most important person in my life I couldn't leave out. my son Kevin. He was born in Hoboken, New Jersey. He is now 21 years old and he is fully bilingual. Even though he was raised in Puerto Rico. I spoke to him in English, and he watched cable tv.

I moved to Puerto Rico from New Jersey with my family

Went to the University of Puerto Rico and obtained my English Certification.

I taught kinder to third grade in a small school in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. It was a great experience. A special drawing from one of my students.

I continued my education by taking courses in Scholastic. These courses gave me more tools to help my students.

Began taking courses in the University of Sagrado Corazon. expecting to complete the Bilingual Certification. Trying my best and learning a lot from my college professors to help my students become bilingual..

I really enjoy working in this school because we have a great community that cares for the education of their children. We are planning to have Parent Workshops to give parents the tools to help their children at home.
