During this time there were many philosophical, cultural and social movements that changed the structures of society. There was a realisation and sense of self-awareness towards religion. Some influential figures during this time period wer Johann Bach, Cesare Beccoria, Francis Bacon, John Comenius. It mostly occured in majot nations such as England, Germany and France. As a result of this, many historical events occured such as the French Revolution. Changed views about freedom of thought.
