I was born on 18th January 1989 in Perth, WA.

I attended Doubleview Preimary School for my entire primary education, graduating in 2001

I attended Shenton College for High School, graduating in 2001. Whist there I was a member of the Academic Talent Program and graduated with a TER of 93.45.

I worked as a camp counsellor at Camp Seafarer for Girls in USA over the summer of 2007. I coached tennis and golf as well as led a cabin of girls and cared for them whilst they were at camp.

I was a volunteer mentor for the Go Girls! program run by the YMCA. For this program I received training and designed and led 2 hour sessions with teenage girls realting to a balanced and active lifestyle, healthy eating and self-esteem and decision making.

I am still currenlty working in this position as a Discovery Centre Office at the WA Museum. I implimet school holiday programs, interact with visitors and am responsible for the animal care of the centre.

I completed a Bacherlor of Science majoring in Biological Science, Conservation and Wildlife Biology and Molecular Biology from Murdoch University. Whilst there I received a letter of commendation for outstanding results.

In conjunction with university I was an intern at a primary school for the year as part of the Western Australian Combined Universities Training Scheme (WACUTS) program.

I commenced my Master of Teaching (Primary) at UWA in February 2012 and will graduate this course in September 2013.
