Life of Sister Irene Sister Irene was born on the 21st of August, 1938 in Kununoppin, Western Australia, Australia.

Sister Irene spent most of her early schooling years at Santa Maria Boarding School where she was sent and taught by the Sisters of Saint Joseph.

Around the year 1953 Sister Irene decided to become a religous teacher as she loved to help and serve the poor.

At the age of 17, Sister Irene entered the Sisters of Saint Joseph also known as the Josephites.

Sister Irene took her first vows as a novice in 1959 and her final vows in 1965.

In 1969 Sister Irene graduated from the University of Western Australia.

After she graduated from the University of Western Australia. She started to work in education such as, in 1970 she worked in South Perth for year 9, Busselton Years 8-10 in 1972 and worked for many secondary schools including the years 1974, 1978 and 1979.

Sister Irene became the principle of Kearnan College.

After 30 years of teaching in Australia she decided to serve the poor. In 1987, 15th November she became a Peruvian missionary worker. She simply came to went to Peru to love people. She helped the poverty and helped kids by opening a library with jigsaw puzzles, books and games.

Memory of Sister Irene Sister Irene eventually got executed because she had been found guilty of the crime of feeding the poor.
