For three years Russia is split into a civil war. It was the Mensheviks and the Bolsheviks. The Bolsheviks wanted to start communism, whereas the Mensheviks wanted to keep the same style government.

Lenin dies on January 21 1924 at the age of 54 due to hemorrhage. When he dies, his right hand man, Joseph Stalin takes his place.
