The Decembrist Revolt or Decembrist uprising was set up in Imperial Russia by army officers that led about 3,000 soildiers. The uprising took place in Senate Square in St. Petersburg. The Decembrists were brutally repressed by the Tsar Nicholas the First.

In Yekaterinburg czar Nicholas the 2nd and his family where brought to their basement for family photos but then to their surprise a group of armed Bolsheviks come down and light Nicholas and his family up. Nicholas and his family where burned with acid and then buried in the woods somewhere.
