    The Decembrist Revolt also know as Decembrist Uprising happened on December 26, 1825. The Russian Army led about 3,000 soldiers to protest against NIcholas I's assumption of the throne after his older brother Constantine removed himself frhom the line of becoming a ruler.

    Lenin and his Boleshevik volunteers went to take over the Winter Palace. He gathered his Boleshevik army by public speaking by crowds and persuading people to join his side and have a new government.
