     Decemberist Revolt
    A group of people led an uprising against the Czar government and Nicholas the First. It failed because of the lack of inspiration and support from others around them. This was important because it led to later on, the fall of the Czar empire. Making it possible for a new age to uphold an arise.

    The serfs become emancipated by Alexander II. Serfs were now free people and could marry, buy land, etc. What they didn't know is that they just led themselves deeper into poverty. This was important because what they didn't know is that they just led themselves deeper into poverty.

    A party of people who wanted the Czar goverment destoryed. They hated the Czars and would do anything to get rid of there almighty power. This was important because they later split up into 2 groups

    1904 Russian War with Japan
    Russia fought a huge war with Japan trying to take a tiny bit of land with mass amounts of resources. Russia lost. This was important because Russias economy became very unstable and people began to hate Nicholas II even more. It also showed the lack of priority in the Russian Military.

    Protestors gathered into a peaceful march to the winter palace to ask for more rights. The freedom to vote and of speech. The workers were turned around and shot on the sight. Hundred were killed and injured. This led to Nicholas II being hated so much that he was then murdered later on. This was the fall of the Czar empire.

    The poor workes and rebels went against nicholas and revolted. This was important becasue citizens were now able to have more reforms and a lot more rights. This showed Nicholas II weakness.

    Nicholas leaves the throne in hope of saving himself and his family. He is arrested and taken to a spot and murdered with his family. This was the end of the Czar government and alloud communism to start. This was the new russian era.

    After the death of Nicholass II a new government was set up. The Bolsheviks see that the goverment is weak and seize the oppertunity. They now uphold the russian government

    Russia wants to leave WWI so they compromise. Russia loses Poland, Ukraine, and other Baltic Territories. This is important because russia escaped WWI

    The Mensheviks and the Bolsheviks go to a civil war. The Bolsheviks win but they lose 6 million people. With russia in ruins they take back the Ukraine, Poland, and more countries. This is the rise of the USSR and russias new powerful government.
