Nicholas II becomes czar reluctantly at age 26. Russia was already in a bad state and he wasn't quite ready for the responsibility.

The last of the Romanovs (Nicholas II's family) were murdered by several soldiers who were told to do so.

The USSR is established as the government of Russia. Lenin is the leader of the new communist party.

Joseph Stalin becomes dictator and controls everything. He became ruler after Lenin died of a stroke.
