    Kusko is adopted
    Mr. Shumway adopts a loveable Australian Shepherd while living in Maine. He found her in the classified adds in Uncle Henry's. He picked her up in New Hampshire on Columbus Day, and they have been best friends ever since. Her name was Jazmine, but Mr. Shumway changed it to Kusko in honor of the Kuskokwim River.
