  • Signing of the Treaty of Versailles

    Since the Treaty of Versailles was bad, Hitler basically came in saying all these things that would sound great to the Germans so they would like him.

  • Hitler joins the Nazi Party

    He later became the official leader which gave him power.

  • Beer Hall Putsch

    He got more attention.

  • Mein Kampf

    The book helped him maintain control over the Nazi Party. He gained lots of power through economic conditions, his speeches, and his attempt to take over the government and resulting trial.

  • Great Depression

    Hitler promised to end the Treaty of Versailles.

  • Hitler becomes German Chancellor

    Poor economy because of inflation. He was elected. That gave him power to do whatever he wanted.

  • Enabling Act

    If it was passed it would mean the end of democracy and establish the legal dictartorship of Adolf Hitler.
