    Sam Houston wins 2nd Term

    Sam Houston wins his 2nd term of President of The Republic of Texas
  • Battle of the Alamo

    The Battle of the Alamo took place on February 23, 1836 in San Antonio Texas. This battle lasted 13 days and many Texans lost their lives in order to defend what was rightfully theirs. President General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna reclaimed the Alamo after killing most of the Texans and Tejanos.
  • Battle of San Jacinto

    This was the final battle of the Texas Revolution. This battle was led by General Sam Houston, this time defeating Santa Anna in a battle that only lasted 18 minutes.
