This was a lasting chance fir them and for us because before they only had big clocks that u couldnt move and most people probably would have been late but with the invention of the portable cloack people could tell the time, It helps us becuase it influance the person who made the wrist watch and the alarm clock which help us now.

Christopher was the founder of America, without Christopher america might not have been here because he didnt think that the world was flat (which is what people thought back then) so he sailed and on his way he found America. If he didnt find out the world was not flat we would probably still think it was.
