    We will hand out free samples of our frappuccinos in our store, outside our store, and in malls. I chose these locations because I want to not only encourage customers we already have to buy new items on the menu, but I also want to encourage people who have never been to the restaurant to come.

    We will be doing a sweepstake raffle where customers can choose to put their name and phone number into a bin, and we will pick five names after two weeks. The winners will win a $50 giftcard. This promotional strategy will improve the image of the restaurant because it will show how sorry we are for the problems we caused, and it will show that we are generous and care about our customers by giving away free money.

    We will offer rewards points where every $1 you spend, you earn one point, and then once you earn 20 points, you can get a free beverage of any size for free. I selected this form of promotional strategy because it will encourage customers to keep wanting to come in to earn points and eventually earn a free drink.

    We will give a $5 off coupon to the first 50 customers of the day. I chose this form of promotional strategy because it is designed to increase the amount of customers coming to the restaurant. This promotional strategy will improve the image of the restaurant by showing we are generous enough to give out free incentives which will increase the amount of customers we have which will improve our image.

    We will be giving out a 20% off coupon to customers through email. This method of distribution was chosen because now-a-days, people are constantly communicating by email, so I know that customers will see it and want to come into the store to use it.
