Traffic Builder- Free Cookies
The first 300 people at the "reopening" of the cafe will receive a free cookie. Cookies were chosen because they are inexpensive to make and they can be mass produced quickly. This will improve the company image because we will have more customers in the store and more people will like the cookies and buy another item off of the menu or get something to drink with it. -

Product Samples- Seasonal Coffee Flavors
This month we will let people sample our seasonal coffee flavor (pumpkin) in hopes of bringing more people into the store and getting more people to buy more of it. We chose this because it shows that we care about the customer's satisfaction with the quality/taste of our products -
Sweepstakes- Free Coffee for a Year
Free coffee for a year is a sweepstakes in which 5 winners will be chosen from a raffle where they will win 4 free drinks of their choice per week for an entire year. This was chosen because it will bring more attention to the store and give us a second chance with customer service and hospitality standards. -
Coupon- One Free Drink
We will give customers a one free drink (tea, coffee, smoothies, juice, etc) coupon if they purchase from us this week. They will get this in store, but also through direct mailing (email) so we can explain how all of the details work with customers in person and build customer loyalty but also have the convenience of having the coupon online. -
Coupon Plan- Punch Card
For returning customers, we will issue punch cards. If you purchase 4 drinks, you get the fifth one free. It applies to all drinks and we will continue to distribute them but start to distribute them on the final week of the promotion plan. This improves the brand image because it shows that we care about customer loyalty.
