  • How it is Effective

    How it is Effective
When someone is being cyberbullied if the person can't stand up for themselves, then we need to or report it to an adult. We want to lift each other not bring others down. Be a good role model for those who don't do anything or who are the Bully and show them the right way. By doing this, it would be very effective because my message is on social media. Also because it makes people aware of what's happening and how to stop it. This message is to limit bullying and more people will be happy.
  • Partnership

    Partnership
What we can do to improve health is partnership, role models, and identity and connections.
Partnership can improve health, because you come together as community. This is good for your mental health and form new relationships. "When
you get involved in community activities, you get a lot of personal awards." (Pg 4).
  • Role Model

    Role Model
Being a role model can improve your health, because it causes you to be good. By that I mean, you should be a good role model and lead by example. Also when you do this, you start Interacting and cooperating with other people and that encourages you to see the world in different ways. "It puts their your family experiences and values into a wider context." (Pg4).
  • Identity with Community & Connections

    Identity with Community & Connections
Identity and connections can improve health because, you figure out who you are and what you want in life. As a result, you might come to see yourself as helpful, generous, political or just a good person in general. "Being involved in community activities can also help create a sense of being connected." (pg 5).
  • What I can do

    What I can do
One way I can relay a health message is by social media. This generation is always on the internet, so this would be a great way to connect with teens. One message i would like to get across is how to come together as a community and stop cyber bullying.
