MY BIRTH!!!
I was born May 13 1998. I was the first child and, on my moms side, the first grandchild. so as you can imagine I was spoiled rotten. My dad was a huge basketball fan and was always dressing me up in little jerseys and taking me to games. -
My Dads Car Accident
When I was almost 4 my dad was in a terrible car accident which should have killed him. We didn't know until I saw it on the news while playing with the remote buttons. Even though I was young I remember all of it so vividly. From that experience I learned at young age the importance of eternal family's and our divine roles in life. My dad had a purpose that had not yet been fulfilled, one of them being bringing my little sister into this world. -
My Best Friend
When I was almost 5 I met my life long friend. We built our houses right next door to each other and have been neighbors till just 3 years ago when she moved to Utah. We met on her birthday, October 24th. She is the only friend who has never stabbed me in the back and has ALWAYS been there for me. She is my greatest example and my greatest support. This picture is our first christmas together, we both got all the same toys that year, including that trampoline! -
My Baptism
When I was 8 I was baptized as a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. This has been the most important even of my life so far. I have a deep love for my Savior and am thankful for his atonement so that I may always be forgiven and have his comfort. This pictures is of myself with my grandparents and great grandparents. -
The passig of my great grandpa
My great grandpa passed away when I was in the 4th grade. My grandpa was the funniest, goofiest, and smartest man I knew. He served in World War 2 and is a great example of perseverance. I know he"s about an important work now and Im thankful I will get to see him again. This is a picture of my Great Grandpa Hunter and great grandma Mary. -
Trevor Jones
Trevor Jones, next to Shannon, is the most important person in my life. He always know how to make my day better and has always been there for me. Fun Fact: he was also my first valentine and has been every year since. This picture was taken for prom night! april 18th 2015 -
Trinidad
The summer after freshman year, Shannons family and mine went on a vacation to Trinadad California. This is where the redwoods meet the ocean and a beautiful fog rolls over in the morning. This was my favorite trip so far. There is no picture that can capture all the beauty of that place. -
Young Women Medallion
When I turned 16 I finally completed and earned my young women medallion. Its kinda like earning an eagle scout award. I spent 4 years doing service projects and activities to bring me closer to my Savior and help me develop a deeper testimony of the gospel. -
Lizzy
Sophomore year I switched schools and Shannon had moved and I was desperate for friends. I became "friends" with this girl named Lizzy. I let her push me around cause I was so desperate to have a friend but after a year the mental abuse from her cause me to break. I walked away from the friendship but rumors spread and I started seeing a life coach on how to handle the situation. I decided to finish high school online, and im thankful for the fun times I had with her and the lessons I learned. -
Shannons Wedding
Shannon got married a week ago in the Utah Vernal temple. Im so happy for her. This experience made me realize that even though it might be a while till I get married, its never to early to look for the qualities you do and don't like for your future spouse.
