Post Growth and Development Timeline

  • I was born

    at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, NC

  • Adoption made official

    After 2 months, I was officially adopted and went home with my family.

  • Ate a Christmas Ornament

    I thought it was an apple or piece of candy and I tried to eat a Christmas ornament. I ended up cutting my mouth and tongue and going to the hospital.

  • Started going to Daycare- 3yr Kindergarden Program

  • Started Kindergarden

  • Period: to

    Dealt with attachment issues with my parents leaving me at school/daycare

  • Began Cheerleading Competivitely

  • Started 1st Grade- Had a hard time adjusting to 1st grade from Kindergarden

  • Little Sister- Courtney born

  • Found out I was adopted in 4th grade

  • Started Middle School

  • Decided to quit both competitive and school cheerleading

    I decided I wanted to try new things besides cheering.

  • Started Marching Band at my High School

  • Older Brother Moves Out

    Really hard time for me and my family

  • Started High School

  • Older Brother graduates from High School

  • Joined Concert Choir

  • Started my first Job

    Worked as a 2 year old Teacher

  • Met my Foster Parents for the first Time

  • Graduated from High School

  • Started College
