Napoleon Bonaparte was considered one of the best army heads of all time. He showed his smarts and used everything he knew in every war he fought. He was also the first emperor of France, he improved the military conditions, training and also wrote the Napoleonic Code that explained how a society should operate. He also improved the education system greatly and established a long-lived agreement with Pope Pius VII.

The French Revolution had just recently ended. France was full of chaos at that time, and to bring stability they decided to make a consulate government. This government was made of 3 consuls, the first, and the only one remembered, was Napoleon who shortly took power. After returning from an expedition and overthrowing the directory government, Napoleon became the first consul in the new consulate government. As he had previous experience in the military, he was chosen to be the head of the military. This is a military achievement as he moved through the ranks and eventually became the head.

The Coup d'etat was one of the most important events that took place during Napolean's reign as he was ordered to help overthrow the current government in France which was the Directory made of 5 DIrectors. After successfully getting the 5 directors out of power they formed a new government, known as the Consulate which consisted of 3 Consuls one of them being Napoleon himself. This is a political accomplishment because people start to recognize Napoleon as a leader in the government.

The famous concordat between Napoleon and Poe Pius VII was an agreement between the two on how they can share powers and maintain peace in France. With this concordat, Napoleon could select bishops and regulate the church finances while the church got to restore their rights. I think this is an Economic Success because part of the deal was for napoleon to watch the church's expenses and agree to them.

The coronation was a massive step in napoleon's reign as he was crowned emperor. During the process of coronation, Napoleon snatched the crown from Pope Pius VII and put it on his head, displaying that he is above the church. This was a turning point in France as that interaction made it clear that he isn't gonna follow under the church and is a free emperor who can make his own decisions. This is a political accomplishment as it's about Napoleon becoming the supreme leader of France.

The Napoleonic code was a written document that included Napoleon's rules and how he wants a country to function. It also described men as the most important person of the family, adding to that, women and children had very little to no rights. All male citizens were equal under this law. and they were all described as free. Even after all this Napoleon introduced colonial slavery. This counts as a social reform as Napoleon wrote how a society should operate.

The battle of Trafalgar in 1805, which was fought by Great Britain and France. The British had the best naval force in Europe at that time, and Napoleon knew it, but he still decided to fight them through the seas. The French lost this war horribly causing napoleon to abandon any plans to invade the United Kingdom. This can be categorized as a military achievement as the French military looked back at the war and improved upon some of the mistakes they could've made.

Napoleon ordered every country he ruled to stop any kind of trade with Great Britain, but this didn't stop Russia. Napoleon soon figured out about this and decided to invade Russia. France had to quickly retreat as Russia kept backing away from them, which caused about 350k French troops to die due to the cold winter in Russia. Other countries saw this as a great time to attack France and Napoleon was quickly sent into exile by the other countries.

Paris fell in March 1814, and Napoleon was sent into exile by most of the country leaders in Europe. But in 1815, Napoleon escapes Elba and went to rule France again, The country leaders soon realized that Napoleon had escaped and after 100 days they decided to attack. As napoleon had no experienced troops left he had to fight with teens about to age of 14-15. This was a humiliating defeat and soon after Napoleon was sent to St. Helena, another island, where he eventually dies.
