    We had a VCR when I was born. After a couple of years I was able to start and stop my favorite Barney movie all by myself.

    My mom finally got a cell phone!!! It was pretty spiffy back in the day. I thought it was amazing how small it was.

    This new phone was even SMALLER!!!! and It was red, my moms favorite color. It was really cool back in the day.

    My step-father gave me his old walkman and I loved listening to the Footloose Tape on it. I also loved the Alabama Christmas tape.

    I got my first Game Boy. It was a crazy lime green. I loved to play Pokemon on it.

    I remember my dad telling me that he had had a sneak peak at the new gameboy and that the buttons would be on the side instead of on the bottom. This was mind blowing to me so of course I wanted one for the next Christmas. I was very lucky to get one!

    I got my own portable CD player! I loved listening to it. But the best thing about it was that it was ORANGE, my favorite color.

    I researched and perchased a new laptop because my previous one bit the dust. Literally. I dropped it and it never recovered. :(
    I specifically wanted one that could run the game Star Craft 2 well. It is my baby.

    I got my first Smart Phone. The MotoX. I love it. Has lots of great features and can even sense when I am driving. It has a large touch screen and great camera and speaker. It will even respond when I speak to it. "OK Google Now."
