I started working at Westarea Elementary as a Teacher Cadet 1. I worked with a 1st grade class and I loved it!

I started working at Spring Lake Middle school as a Teacher Cadet 2. I taught math to a class of 10 boys.

I started undergrad studies at East Carolina Univeristy. I graduated with a double major in Political Science and Psychology.

I started working at Morganton Road Elementary as a Lateral Entry teacher. Since I majored in psychology I was able to teach Special education. For 2 1/2 years I taught K-2nd ID-mild students.

I started teaching K-2 autistic children at College Lakes elementary.

I got my teacher license after completing 3 years of courses about Special Education.
