Broken arm
I have broken my arm an astonishing 6 times, once when it was in a cast. Each time the it was both of the bones in my right arm. I had a cast on for basically 2 years of my life. I ended up having to get surgery and now I have a metal rod in my arm. -
First play
In 3rd grade I auditioned for a play that was in my local theater club. I was cast as a "rockstar girl". It was my first time performing on a stage. I was hooked after that and fell in love with being on stage, and did as many more plays as I could. -
Parents divorce
My parents got a divorce when I was in 4th grade, it was very confusing at the time since I was so young. We were about to move to Wisconsin to be closer to our family when they filed for divorce. It was hard to watch their fighting get even worse, without having my brother there I can't imagine how much harder it would have been. (This picture was definitely during my most awkward phase) -
Getting my first sewing machine
This may seem like a minor event but it definitely changed my life quite a bit. I learned how to sew from a very young age around 7 or 8. But when I was 10 I got my very first sewing machine, so it was much easier for me to sew things instead of having to had sew them. For birthdays and holidays I always asked for fabric and I fell in love with fashion design more and more the older I got. In this picture (I'm on the left) I'm wearing a romper that I recently made. -
My best friend
In 6th grade I met my best friend Heather in the school cafeteria on the first day of school. We are really different people but have remained best friends for the past 7 years. She is a very important person in my life and I know that she is always there for me. We always have the best times together because we literally laugh at everything and have a blast. This picture is from freshman year when we were messing around with photo booth. -
The death of a loved one
My freshman year my grandpa died, it was a very hard time especially since it was the first time I had experienced a death in the family. I hadn't been close to my Dads side of the family my whole life and had never met most of them. But although this was a very tragic time, it brought our whole family closer together. -
Florida
Junior year my Mom and stepdad got a beach house in Florida. I went for Christmas that year and I loved it. I decided to bring on of my friends for spring break and we had a blast. I brought my best friend that summer and we had an amazing time. It's really great to have a beach house so I have a place to get away whenever I want. -

NYC
It had always been a dream of mine to go to New York City. The summer before my junior year I went to NYC for the first time. I loved the city, the whole atmosphere and vibe was really exiting to me. -
United States National Guard
My brother joined the Army National Guard last year in the fall, and was shipped off to boot camp in Fort Lenardwood, Missouri in January of this year. It really showed me just how amazing my bother is, I've never been so proud of someone in my life. This is a picture of my brother, my mom, and I after his graduation ceremony. -
The squad
This year in march I met my friend Trevor at a pool (really random). He invited my fried and I to his birthday party, there I met other people that are now in my squad Logan and Misha. From then on our group has hung out every weekend, since we go to different schools. We got guest passes for them to come to our prom for Cactus Shadows. Our group has remained close even though most of them our going off to collage we are still all extremely close. This is a picture of me with Dani and Jordan
