I started school at Ecole Notre Dame in North Battleford, SK.

After kindergarten, my mom and I moved to Rocky Mountain House, AB. I started grade one with a brand new class and no friends.

I completed middle school at Pioneer Middle School in Rocky.

I figure skated for twelve years of my life. Five of these years involved coaching the Canskate Program. This was the very first taste of teaching that got me thinking about education as my future.

Started my Bachelor of Education degree at RDC in the Fall of 2013

I completed an after school PE practicum at Aspen Heights Elementary for 1 day a week for 4 weeks. This was my first experience really teaching, and I immediately knew I picked the right career.

I taught at Westpark Middle School for my five week practicum. There I taught grade 6 social studies and math, as well as grade 8 french.

I was hired at Sound Connections: Language and Literacy Centre in Red Deer, AB.
