Graduated from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua, WI
-
-
Graduated from Nicolet Area Technical College with a technical diploma in marine and outdoor power products. I would then work as a snowmobile mechanic for the following three winters.
-
My plan was to go two more years at Nicolet to get my gen eds out of the way and then transfer to Michigan Tech to get my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
-
I decided that I no longer wanted to go to school for mechanical engineering to end up designing snowmobiles. I chose to take some time off from school to save money and figure out what it is that I wanted to do with my life.
-
After a few years off, I decided I wanted to go to school for business finance.
-
I finally received my associates degree from Nicolet, something I had started almost seven years earlier in the fall of 2003.
-
I started school at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and declared my major as business finance.
-
After two weeks of three business classes and one science class, I realized that I absolutely hated business and truly loved science. I decided to share my love of science with the world and become a high school biology and or geography teacher.
-
I will graduate with a bachelors of science in broadfield natural science in secondary education with a minor in biology and an emphasis in geography.
