  • First day of Pre-K 3 at Sacred Heart Elementary School

    This is approximately the date that I started my academic career. I attended Sacred Heart Elementary School in Merrick, NY from Pre-K 3 all the way until 8th grade (Ages 3-13).

  • 8th Grade Graduation from SHS

    At graduation, I was one of two recipients of the Women of Science award.

  • First day of Kellenberg Memorial High School

    I attended Kellenberg Memorial High School in Uniondale, NY for all four years (2008-2012). Kellenberg is a private Catholic school that is run by the Marianist brothers.

  • Began teachng Religion at St. Barnabas

    3rd grade Religion teacher

  • First Day of Marist College

    Declared Psychology/Special Education major in early October

    From September to December in 2011, I worked one-on-one with an 11 year old boy who has autism and is non-verbal.

  • First Day Student Teaching at Noxon Rd Elementary School

    Student taught in a first grade inclusion classroom at Noxon Road Elementary School in Poughkseepie, NY. My placement was from January 18th to March 9th.

  • First Day of Student Teaching at Anderson Center for Autism.

    For my second student teaching placement, I taught in a 6-1-3 classroom with six severly autistic 16-21 year olds with ranging communication and academic ability. This placement was from March 19 to May 10, 2012.

  • Undergraduate Graduation from Marist College

  • First day as a Teacher Assistant at Floyd B. Watson Elementary School.

    Currently, I am a teacher assistant in a first grade classroom at an elementary school in Rockville Centre, NY.
