    Battle took place in Gonzales. Started when Mexican goverment gave a cannon to American colonist for Indian defense. When Mexicans tried to take it back the revolution began.

    First meeting. Had to be rescheduled to November 4, 1835. Representitives discussed wether they were going to declare independence from Mexico or stay with them.

    At dawn on December 5, 1835 an attack accured & turned into the Texas Army. Milanmade an annoucement calling for volunteers asking " Who will go with Old Ben Milam into San Antonio ?" Three hundred men voluntered

    Santa Anna ordered for all men to be executed on March 27, 1836 . They thought their lifes would be spared but when they started walking , Santa Anna 's Men shot everybody & they ones who did not walk were dragged on to the streets & were killed.

    On April 20, 1836 a battle occured that lasted 18 minutes. There was 800 Texan troops & 1300 Mexican troops. Two Texans were killed & from the mexican troops 630 were killed.
