    Nicholas II or Nikolai II Alexandrovich Romanov was born on 18 May 1868. He was known in the Russian Orthodox Church as Saint Nicholas the Passion-Bearer, he was the last Emperor of All Russia, ruling from November 1st, 1894 until his forced abdication on March 15th, 1917 before his assassination in July 17th, 1918 .

    Aleksandr Aleksandrovich the 3rd was born on March 10th, 1845. He was the Emperor of Russia, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Finland from 13 March 1881 until his death on 1 November 1894. During his reign, Russia fought no major wars so he was nicknamed styled "The Peacemaker"

    The Russo-Japanese War was fought during 1904 and 1905 between the Russian Empire and the Empire of Japan over rival imperial ambitions in Manchuria and Korea. The major theatres of operations were the Liaodong Peninsula and Mukden in Southern Manchuria and the seas around Korea, Japan and the Yellow Sea.This caused Russia to cede from Guandong Leased Territory and South Sakhalin to cede from Japan. This also resulted in the Treaty of Portsmouth
