LMS Release

    This was the time where we started to heavily reevaluate what LMS we were using and knew we were growing out of Podium.

  • Needs and Wants list

    In March we created a list of student, teacher, and parents needs and wants then triaged them. Also created a wants section of dream things.
  • Introduced the idea of switching LMS providers to Executive Team

  • Setup Feedback system for teachers

  • Talked to WhippleHill about our needs and what we were thinking baout doing

  • Asked a select group of teachers to help out with the process

    This was done and we made sure they were a good group that wouldn't alert everyone and would provide honest and clear feedback.
  • Sent WH a list of what teachers needed and wants

  • Started to plan and prep for data migrations and strategized a move

  • Started to setup courses in various systems and test them as students parents and teachers

  • Worked on Scheduling

  • WhippleHill UC Learned about new direction

    We at this point asked to be apart of the EAP program. Shortly later filled out a survey.

    Created a Communication Plan for Release

  • Notified "Secret Agents" we need there help

  • We were able to view images and videos of new software

    Since the software was moving so rapidly we were updating our teachers quickly on all changes
  • Started to let the secret out through "Secret Agents" in tema meetings
