    This is the prime of your life! Make sure you spend it right!
    Be sure to...
    - Eat well and exercise, this is when it really counts! How you treat your body now will help you later.
    - Be sure to avoid smoking, drugs, and alcohol. Addiction could hurt you in the future.
    - Practice safe precautions when driving and otherwise.
    - Get enough sleep, the younger brain needs it most!
    - Practice good hygiene, especially sexual hygiene. If you're sexually active, watch for STDs.
    - Set up a PCP!

    My Life

    My life, starting in 2020, when I turn 20, to 2070, to the end of my 60s.
  • 30s

    The 20s are gone, and it's time to get down to work. Make sure to stay on track!
    Be sure to...
    - Have more and more screenings as time goes on, such as cholesterol, skin cancer, and hearing/eye tests.
    - Being a woman, you should be on top on your gynecology, breast, and pap test exams.
    - Be working with your PCP, as your time with them in your 20s will help you as you go forward.
    - Try to keep your head as more stressors appear! Get enough sleep, dins emotional and mental solace.
  • 40s

    Preventative health precautions by maintaining personal health are going to be really important now.
    You will be experiencing many of the things you received exams for previously.
    Stay on top of...
    - Physical, dental, and eye exams.
    - Cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes screenings, as these things become more active in the 40s.
    - Annual clinical breast exam, pelvic exam and
    mammograms will be added to your feminine hygiene upkeep.
  • 50s

    Health will begin to deteriorate despite previous precautions, so be sure to stay attuned to your own body. Remain close to your PCP, as things that become apparent in your 40s will be growing stronger now. Multiple exams will need to remain, so be sure to uphold...
    - Healthy eating
    - Proper exercise
    - Avoiding drugs and alchohol
    And always avoid too many stressors! Stay in contact with your PCP when things go awry.
  • 60s

    This is the beginning of seniority. You will, at this point, be aware of what diseases or injuries you need to be aware of, but be sure to watch out for signs of heart attack and stroke. Keep in contact with your PCP! After all these years, they'll know what you should look after.
