I was born with a Club Foot. I had to wear a cast on my leg for the first six months of my life. Then I had to wear a special bar brace on my feet when I went to sleep. -

I had a Heel Cord Lengthening surgery done on my Achilles tendon on my club foot. I had a cast for several weeks and then a walking boot. -

Bit by a Fire Ant
I was bit by a Fire Ant on my inner thigh while we were driving across Texas. It hurt! -
Sledding Down the Steps
My Dad piled a whole bunch of snow on the steps off our front porch, then we took the sleds and went down it towards the street. -

I had Tendon Transfer Surgery done on my club foot. Then I had to wear a cast for four months. -

I moved from Williamsport, PA to State College, PA. -

A Baby Brother!
My prayer came true, and I got a brother! (Not a girl like my Mom and Dad wanted.) Eli Wallace Patterson was born 4 days after my 8th birthday. -
Hiking in Yosemite
My Dad and I got to go hiking way up to a beautiful waterfall in Yosemite Park in California while my Mom stayed at the bottom with my baby brother. It took us almost all day, it was dark when we came down. -

I turned 9. My first birthday that I shared with my brother Eli! My Dad was in the hospital on our birthday, so he couldn't be there for the party. -
Ollie Dies
Sadly, my cat Ollie who I loved died. I slept with him every night since I was little. He was 16 years old. My Mom and Dad got him before I was born. -
A New Friend!
My Mom and Dad weren't sure if they were going to get a new cat. But then we came across Arthur at the local shelter. I picked him out. He is the same kind of cat that Ollie was. And we all fell in love. He is awesome! He now sleeps with me at night. -
