This was caused by civil unrest in the populance. This Led to the formation of a constitutional monarchy like the people wanted. Riots, Strikes, and violent protests all took place. -

Factory workers rioted over food and bread. 400,000 workers rioted in all. -
Tsar Nicholas II Becomes Czar
He became the czar on March 15, 1917. He was the supereme ruler of russia. The people rioted later and eventually killed him. -

This revolution tried to reform Russia's government. There was a lot of violence and many casualites. -

This date is the official start of the Russian Civil War. -
Murder of Romanov Family
The Romanov family was murdered at Ekateringburg on July 17th, 1918. Nicholas and his family were put under house arrest. The family was eventually killed brutally. -
Rasputin Murdered
Rasputin was shot, stabbed, and beaten. He did not die from that. He jumped out of a window and then presumably drowned. -
Treaty of Versailles
This treat ended WWI. This limited the axis powers. -

Lenin was the leader of the Communist Revolution. I hate Communism. When he died, Stalin took power. Russia is a big mess. -
Russia Enters WWII
Russia entered World War II in 1939 as an axis power. When Hitler double crossed Stalin, Russia joined the Allies. After the war, there was tension between America and Russia as the Cold War started. -
Stalin Takes Over
Stalin transformed Russia into a global superpower. He strengthened the economy and manufacturing in preperation for World War II. I really do not like Russia.
