    Metabolism slows down here! Keep up healthy diet, and reduce the amount of salt.
    30-60 minutes of physical activity every day--go on those early morning walks.
    Be sure to keep your house safe and up to date (smoke detectors!!)
    Don't let work control when you sleep. You deserve to get a full night's sleep every night.
    Continue to get screening done when needed, you may not go to the doctor's as often anymore, but they're still always there for you.

    Look out for chronic pain, blood pressure, BMI, and stress. Your body is getting older, so you need to monitor it more closely. Keep up your healthy lifestyle, it's only getting more needed! Go to doctor's check-ups for that same reason, a lot of diseases, including cancer, are more of a risk at this age.

    Keep up with that healthy lifestyle, and be sure to keep your mind sharp as well. Take up a hobby, reconnect with old friends! You're at risk to even more diseases, keep getting more screenings and check-ups. Start keeping up with screenings for breast, pelvic, and bone density. Look more into family diseases such as colorectal cancer.

    Heart diseases are more likely now (and the leading cause of death), be sure to familiarize yourself with the warning signs, talk to your doctor, and follow your healthcare provider's recommendations. See your health care provider a lot more regularly for vaccines, screenings, and tests. Learn how to take care of yourself and make your home safe with detectors. Learn CPR, and reduce the risks of falling in your home.
