The Sega Genesis was a core experience in my gaming timeline. While I was quite young when I played it had a large influence on what I like today. I didn't play it a lot but it was a good introduction for me. -

The Gameboy was my first console that I owned, being able to play it where ever I liked meant that I was immersed in video games at all times. -
Putt Putt
This was a huge game for me as it was more social than previous experiences. I would play this game for hours with my sister as we both worked to finish the game.

My first laptop
I was gifted a laptop from my parents which introduced me to the internet and all the things that come with that and gaming. The amount of variety in content I consumed was astronomical, whether it was content creators on youtube to mods for my favourite games. This was the start of my journey into treating games less as a pass-time and more of a hobby or creative outlet.

Breath of the Wild
This game is pretty much the culmination of everything I had played in the past. I payed for the switch and game myself. I bought it on release, I played it 24/7 over a weekend and did all you could do. I was incredibly immersed and it left a lasting effect.
