A British ambassador to Vienna ancipated war between Serbia and Austria-Hungary by 1913. Such events actually played out in 1914.

Czar Nicholas the II orders the mobillization, ir process of assembling troops and supplies and making them ready for war. In 1914, mobillization was considered an act of war.

After hearing of Russian mobillization Germany warned them that they must halt the process within 12 hours, Russia ingnored this warning. After they being ignored, Germany declares war on Russia.

After declaring war against Russia Germany acted with the Schlieffen plan and immediatey declared war on France as well.

Germany also issued an ulitmatum to Beligam, demanding the right of German troops to pass through Beligum territory in order to fulfill the Schlieffen plan. Beligium however, decided to remain neutral.

Great Britain declared war on Germany after Germany officially violated Belgiums neutrality.
