  • Alden was Born

    Jan Alden Ascano Ibatuan was born in the Philippines on January 10,2002 in a hospital located just across the street from his place.

  • Moving to Canada

    When he was 4 years old he moved to Canada with his dad. Alden was finally reunited with his mom who left the Philippines and move to Canada 1 month after his birth.

  • Start of school

    6 months into the school year Alden joined St. Pascal Baylon Catholic school.

  • Start of Piano

    His piano teacher would come to his house once a week to teach him piano.

  • Moved Schools

    Alden moved from St. Pascal Baylon to St. Antoine Daniel. He stayed there for 5 years

  • Moved schools

    Alden moved from St. Antoine Daniel to Highview public school where he would later graduate elementary. He stayed in St. Antoine for 6 months

  • Moved Schools

    Moved from Pierre Laporte middle back to St. Antoine Daniel. He stayed around that area for 2 years

  • Elected as President

    Alden was elected student council president. At the end of his term he managed to raise $600+ for the next generation

  • Started High school

    Alden was planning to go to Brebuef College for high school, but because Northview was only a 5 minute walk he decided to go to Northview

  • Awards for Track

    Alden won a 1st place medal for 4X100m relay, 2nd place for 100m dash and an MVP medal for track
