    Constantine was baptized on May 22, 337, which happens to be the same day he died. Constantine was the first roman emperor to support christianity and become a christian. Constantine was the final emperor to serve in the roman empire. This was an important event in history because none of the other roman emperor's had even supported christianity. He had created a christian city named Constantinople in Byzantium. Constantine believed that you should have religious freedom.

    Pope Urban II preached in Clermont about the first crusade. Which meant that the roman catholics were sent to recapture the Holy land that was taken from them by the Muslims. When the first crusade ended in 1099, the roman's had killed 40,000 muslims and they had recaptured Jerusalem. I think this is an important event because the first crusade killed 40,000 muslims just to recapture Jerusalem, by christians who believed they were following gods will for forgiveness for their sins.

The French king controlled most of France and England controlled England.

    The first outbreak of the plague in Europe was in Crimea. It was brought to Crimea by from Asia along trade routes. The fleas from the rats spread to humans and kept traveling along trade routes, and affected person after person. I think this is an important event because Europe's populaution decreasedmassively, the churches were weakend and that was the end of the feudal system, the job demand was high because so many people died, so the workers wages were increased.

    In the Renaissance Era, Gutenberg created and improved the printing press, which made books more accessible and helped spread new knowledge across Europe. Gutenburg's bible was published and widely spread across Europe. This is an important event because when the bible was published, the people starting reading the bible and they starting seeing things differntly than the churh did and they starting questioning the church and their own religion, and caused the issue of catholics and protestants.

    The Ottoman Empire conquered the Byzantine Empire, which meant the fall of Constantinople after ruling for 1,000 years. This is an important event because after the Ottoman Empire conquered the land, they gained power and wealth by controlling the major trade routes in that area, and expnded their empire.

This was an important event that contributed in the renaissance era becaause it was when artists developed new kinds of art and incorperated factors from before the Dark Ages. These paintings during this era included some with admiration for the human body and art was a factors that contributed to the Renaissance along with liteature, science, and philosophy.

    The storming of the Bastille included a mob of townspeople that were furious with the King that stole 28,000 rifles. The rifles they stole ended up not having any gunpowder inside, but the townspeople knew the Bastille, or a prision that was the symbol of the king's power, had lots of gunpowder inside, so the townspeople attacked the Bastille. This was an important point in history because this event was the mark of the beginning of the french revolution.

This is an important event because it was the event that triggered WWI and it divided Europe and other countries involved in the war into two sides.

    Charlemagne became the emperor of the Frankish empire on Christmas day. This is an important event because his empire was extended from France to Germany, along with what is now Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. When the empire was expanding Christianity ended up spreading to new areas of the empire.
