in 1938 hitler did something that even his generals thought was a bad idea. he occupied Austria and ended up controlling the whole country. he is focused on expanding Germany, so this is why he took over Austria. -

in 1938 Hitler was ready to take over Czechoslaavakia. Czechoslavakia was pleading for help and was ready to stand tall. however the allies wanted to maintain peace, so they held meetings and discluded Czechoslavakia from all of them. they ended up giving Germany a huge chunk of Czeckoslavakia. -
