I was born on November 14, 1990 in Mombasa, Kenya. Growing up in Kenya, I was able to learn five languages due to the diverse ethnic groups that live in Kenya. I attended Secondary school from 2002-2007. During my final year of high school, I had to decide my career interest. This is where I decided that I would like to be in the financial industry. During my Masters program, I have had the opportunity to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the department of Management and at Experiential Learning.

During the Spring and Fall of 2016, I was able to work as an Instructional Designer at a Healthcare IT firm. I learned a lot about the Heath-care Technology industry. At my job, I was responsible for creating training manuals for clients.

During the summer of 2016 I had the opportunity to work at PwC LLP as a Risk Assurance associate. I was able to work with various fortune 500 clients on IT related audits.
