  • Code of conduct

    A code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the responsibilities of or proper practices for a business, party or organisation.
  • ABTA

    Association of British Travel Agents. If you buy a land or sea based holiday such as coach, rail or cruise holiday from an ABTA member your money will be protected by the ABTA scheme of financial protection. If you buy a flight you will be covered with an ATOL protection. If something goes wrong you can get a refund or if you're abroad they have to get you an accommodation and get you back home.
