    Internal: I feel that I need to achieve more than the rest of my family, so that motivates me to work my hardest and become independent.
    External: My sister who is still trying to reach her goals has encouraged me to live a different life than all my sisters. Mainly meaning don't have a child at 19, and go to university after high school.
