    Guglielmo Marconi was born in Bologna, Italy. He was the first person to send radio transmissions. He referred to it as wireless telegraphs. His first sucessful test sent the radio waves about a mile. The problem was it was only signals and not voice.

The resurection of the roman ways are what starts the renaissance.
