Having served as principal and teacher at campuses that received Title I funding my whole career, I took the role as the Title I Specialist at Region 7 ESC in Kilgore, TX.

After working with other Title I Specialists across the state, I took the role as Education Specialist working with Regions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 16, and 17 while at the School Improvement Resource Center in Austin, TX.

Having traveled the state, I took a role with ESC Region 11 working as an Educational Consultant for Assessment.
