    Microwave
Our family is excited to get one of the new inventions, the microwave. My mother spends the first few weeks with the cookbook that was included with the purchase. My family is in wonder at how quickly dinner can be on the table. However, the meal doesn't seem to be as good. Images form website: https://chrisilluminati.com/2016/06/16/technology-sucks-sometimes/

    Chat Rooms
My sister has the internet at her house and invites me over to introduce me to chat rooms. You can talk to people all over the world by typing instant messages that they can read as you type. I meet a guy that I become friends with and later we are married. Image from: http://www.kids-online.net/learn/chat.html

I begin taking my first online class. I find the work load to be more, than in attending a general classroom. Organization is the key to succeeding at online classes and I enjoy the challenge. It is a convenient way to accomplish my goal of becoming a teacher.
