San Antonio
San Antonio was established as a midway point between Mexico & the east Texas Mission. Spain reamzed that Presidios & Missions alone would not do. They also needed settlers . Mission San Antonio de valero would become known as the alamon. -
Adams-Onis Treaty
The person who started thThe Adams–Onís Treaty was a guy named John Quincy Adams and it took place in February 22, 1819, the Florida's Treaty, was a treaty between the United States and Spain in 1819. That ceded Florida to the U.S. and defined the boundary between the U.S. and New Spain. -
