First Day of Pre-School

My first day of Pre-School was on September 2, 1998. I was three years old and I cried the entire first day. My mom actually had to pick me up early because the teacher could not keep me calm.

Peanuts!

Every day at Pre-School, we would have snack time. Each student would bring in a snack on a different day. One day, I ate the snack and, shortly, later, was having difficulty breathing. In a panic, the teacher called my mom. She took me to the doctor who discovered that I am severely allergic to peanuts.

First Day of Kindgergarten

My first day of Kindergarten was on September 5, 2000. I was five years old. I was so excited to go to school (unlike pre-k) that I dragged my backpack all the way down the driveway to wait for the bus.

First Day of Middle School

My first day of Middle School was on September 5, 2006. I was very nervous for Middle School because now I had to switch classes and use a locker. I got very lost on my first day and ended up missing 2 classes because I was so confused!

NYSSMA

I started to play the flute in 4th grade. Once I was in Middle School, we were granted the opportunity of joining NYSSMA and performing in front of a judge. I decided to do this, and surprisingly I got a perfect score!
