I was born on January 26, 1998. I am my mom and dad's first child (besides their beloved dog, Buster, and the many calves that they bottle-fed). -
First Day of School - Theresetta Catholic School
I started Kindergarten at Theresetta Catholic School in Castor, Alberta in September of 2003. My mom attended TCS when she was a child! -
First Job - Farm Hand Christine
As a child, I spent many evenings, weekends, and holidays helping my parents maintain their cattle ranch. I do and will always love living and working on a farm. -
Second Job - Theileman Green House
I started working in my neighbour's lily greenhouse outside of Castor, Alberta the summer before I started Grade 9. -
Last Day of School - Theresetta Catholic School
I finished Grade 9 in June of 2013. Theresetta is a K-9 school; therefore, Grade 9 marked the end of my studies at TCS. -
Second Job Pt 2 - Theileman Green House
I worked in my neighbour's lily greenhouse for the summer before I started high school, too. -
First Day of School - Gus Wetter School
I started Grade 10 in September of 2013 at Gus Wetter School in Castor, Alberta. My dad attended GWS when he was a child! -
Third Job - Dust Fairies Cleaning Service
I worked for a cleaning business out of Stettler, Alberta during the summer before I started Grade 11. -
Fourth Job - Castor Food Fair
I started working in our local grocery store once I started Grade 11. I worked at Castor Food Fair after school, on weekends, holidays, and over the summer break for the rest of high school. -
Last Day of School - Gus Wetter School
I completed Grade 12 in June of 2016. I enjoyed my high school years at Gus Wetter! -
First Day of School - Red Deer College
I started studying a Bachelor of Education at Red Deer College in Red Deer, Alberta in September of 2016. I am the first generation of my family to go to post-secondary education! -
Fifth Job - Town of Castor
After my first year of college, I worked as a summer student for the Town of Castor. -
Sixth Job - Red Deer College
In my second year of college, I worked as a Peer Tutor for Red Deer College. -
Last Day of School - Red Deer College
I completed my Unversity Transfer Studies at Red Deer College in April of 2018. -
Seventh Job - Coronation Memorial Library
After my second year of college, I worked as the TD Summer Reading Program Coordinator at the Coronation Memorial Library in Coronation, Alberta. -
First Day of School - University of Alberta
Although still at Red Deer College, I began the University of Alberta / Red Deer College Bachelor of Education Middle Years Collaborative Program in September of 2018. -
Seventh Job Pt 2 - Coronation Memorial Library
After my third year of university, I again worked as the TD Summer Reading Program Coordinator at the Coronation Memorial Library. -
Last Day of School - University of Alberta
I will graduate from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Education in April of 2020.
