    In 1492, Columbus, an italian in service of the Spanish, set sail on an expidition to find an alternate route to India. He instead ended up finding the america's.

    The first of almost of 15 million slaves were taken to the new world.
  • Jan 1, 1521

    Hernan Cortes conquers the Aztecs

    When Cortes landed on the shores of modern day Mexico he had one goal in mind. To find gold, through a lucky coincidence and superior weaponry, he was able to conquer the aztecs.

    Pizzaro conquers the Incans

    Pizzaro lands in the new world, much like Cortes, he wanted gold. The best way he could find to get it however, was to kidnap the Incan king and hold him for ransom.
  • English found Jamestown

    Jamestown was the first english settlement in what is now America. It was later moved to different place.
  • English found Plymouth

    Thiis is the second English town in America, this time it is famously founded by the pilgrims who were helped throught there first couple of years by the local Indians.
  • French and Indian War ends

    Despite the name of the war it was actually not between the Indians and the French. In fact, the war was over territory in the new world, it was between the united forces of France and the Natives and Britain.
