  • Born in to the PK Life

    My father was a Conservative Cantor and a Mohel, therefore I started learning about Judaism from the day I was born.
  • Started at Temple Ner Tamid Nursery School

  • Entered Cohen Hillel Academy

    Jewish Day School, grades K-8. Graduated in 1996.
  • Temple Trip to Israel

    Traveled to Israel with my family and members of our congregation
  • Went to Camp Tel Noar

    Jewish overnight camp in Hampstead, NH. I was there until 1997
  • Became of member of USY

    Was VERY involved with both my home chapter in Peabody, and regionally. Served on both Peabody and Regional board. Involved from 5th grade through high school.
  • Bat Mitzvah

  • First experience of Anti Semitism

    Freshman year of high school, students threw pennies at me as they walked by, laughing
  • USY Italy/Israel Pilgrimage

    Spent a week in Italy exploring Jewish life for 1 week and Israel for 5 weeks with 60 teens from all over the US and Canada
  • Camp Simchah

    Jewish Day Camp on the North Shore of Boston. Worked there from 1999-2005, as a counselor and Unit Head. Lead Shabbat on Fridays.
  • Camp Tel Noar

    Worked as the Assistant Program Director and as the Cornerstone Fellow Advisor
  • Peabody USY Advisor

    Was the advisor for my temple's USY chapter for the high schoolers. 2005-2010

    Worked with 8-10th graders at a Jewish Day Camp as the Jewish Teen Initiative Director.
