    Hitler becomes Chancellor of Germany on January 30. Then on April 1 he orders boycott of Jewish Businesses throughout Germany. This was the beginning of his bad actions towards Jews. Another hate act towards them was in 1935 when the Nuremberg Laws, severely limiting rights of German Jews goes into effect. This is significant because Hitler gained more power and now no one can stop him from doing these terrible things to the Jewish people.

Hitler then orders the Ardennes offensive on December 16 Germany’s last major attack of the War, known as the Battle of a Bulge. This is significant because it shows the strength of Germany and Hitler.

    The End
    Auschwitz the largest of the Nazi concentration camps is liberated on January 27 by the Russian army. Hitler makes his last public appearance on April 20 speaking to a group of youth Hitler members. He then marries his long time mistress, Eva Braun on April 29. Following their marriage they both commit suicide on April 30. German troops then surrender to allied forces on may 7. World War ll has come to an end. This is significant because the War has ended and the Nazi’s are free.
